Beach House Rental

Thank you for your interest in Bauserman Cottage!  The calendar indicates booked dates in red.  The house typically rents from Saturday to Saturday, though daily rentals and extended periods will be considered, subject to availability.  Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am.  More detailed information is available at the link on the right.

CURRENT RENTAL RATES :
Sept. 2009 to May 26th 2010
$125/night or $800/ week
May 27-Sept. 4th, 2010
$1100/week $175/night at discretion of owners
Sept. 4th, 2010 to March 1, 2011
$125/night or $800/week

There is a $75 cleaning fee, regardless of the duration of stay. Please inquire about security deposit and our pet policy.
